How to identify competences?
According to Lauzackas (2006) there are three main criteria for identifying competences:
- Competence identifies the learner’s final behaviour, i.e. what he/she should be able to do after learning.
- Competence clearly indicates the conditions under which this behavior occurs (using particular tools, etc.).
- Competence identifies criteria for assessment of the learner’s behavior (whether it is sufficient or not).
