Welcome to the VLC | Virtual LearnCaster Certification. As part of your learning, your journey actually begins today where I'll be giving you some simple tasks to do every day that will better prepare you for our first class.

Complete the following tasks before Class 1

TASK 1

Task 1 (5 mins): To help me better cater to this course to your needs and help you succeed, please answer this question: "What do you want to learn in the VLC and why?" ANSWER THIS IN THE VLC WHATSAPP STUDY GROUP

TASK 2

Task 2 (50 mins): Do the following:           a. Check your Gmail inbox or spam folder for an invite to Google Classroom. This will be where are all the slides, class recordings, PDF and website reading materials, video links, and assignments are stored.           b. Accept the invite.           c. When you enter G Classroom, click on Classwork to access the materials.           d. Find the topic "0. Things To Do First"           e. Begin completing the A B and C assignments according to the deadlines mentioned.

Task 3 (10 mins): Based on what you have read, watched, and experienced so far, what techniques have you noticed me using in the VLC WhatsApp Study Group to build rapport, introduce ideas, get buy-in and provide direction? ANSWER THIS IN THE VLC WHATSAPP STUDY GROUP

Task 4 0. (15 mins): Go to Things To Do First > E. KNOW THIS: Your WorkGroups and follow the instructions there.
